AMULET28 PLATFORM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the AMULET28 platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2. Platform Operators (The Entities)

The AMULET28 platform infrastructure is developed, hosted, and maintained by AMULET28 DIGITAL PTE. LTD. (the “Technology Provider”).

All physical retail operations, including the sale of amulets, inventory management, and the execution of the Buyback Policy, are conducted exclusively by AMULET28 TRADING PTE. LTD. (the “Principal Seller”).

3. Nature of Platform & Limitation of Tech Liability

AMULET28 DIGITAL PTE. LTD. acts strictly as a software and data facilitation layer. It does not own the physical inventory, nor does it guarantee or underwrite any buyback agreements, authentication certificates, or physical shipments. All disputes regarding physical goods, authenticity, or refunds must be directed exclusively to AMULET28 TRADING PTE. LTD.

Buyback: The Buyback Policy and any buyback offer, valuation, acceptance, or payout are made and administered solely by the Principal Seller (AMULET28 TRADING PTE. LTD.). The Technology Provider does not operate buyback, set buyback rates, or act as counterparty to any buyback transaction.

4. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and be responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Nature of Products (Important Disclaimer)

All products available on the Platform are religious, cultural, and spiritual items based on traditional beliefs and practices. Any references to luck, wealth, protection, or charm are non-scientific and non-guaranteed.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, medical, or psychological advice.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, reject or cancel orders, and correct pricing errors. For third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok), net settlement rules apply.

7. Buyback & Resale

Buyback is governed by the Amulet28 Shop Buyback Policy. Buyback is conditional, is not guaranteed for all items, and is not a refund mechanism. The Principal Seller (AMULET28 TRADING PTE. LTD.) reserves full discretion over eligibility, pricing, and acceptance. The Technology Provider is not responsible for buyback decisions or payouts.

8. Platform Usage & Conduct

You agree NOT to commit fraud or misrepresentation, manipulate the buyback system, use multiple accounts to bypass limits, upload misleading or unlawful content, or violate any applicable Singapore laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, product descriptions, systems, and frameworks, are the property of the Company or its licensors. No reproduction or use without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law: The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits, opportunity, or expectation; or outcomes relating to the use of any products. Use of products is at your own discretion and belief.

11. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel transactions, or restrict access if terms are breached, suspicious activity is detected, or system abuse is identified.

12. No Investment / Financial Product Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that products and any buyback programme offered through the Platform are not investment products. They do not constitute securities, derivatives, or financial instruments. The Principal Seller does not guarantee price stability, liquidity, or resale value. The Technology Provider does not guarantee any outcome relating to buyback or physical goods.

13. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
